During the 1920s, the motion picture industry had greater technological developments for color and sound, while the utopian inventors continued to file patents for 3-D moving images. This chapter discusses the efforts to simplify the production of stereoscopic movies. It is important to note that it was the growth of motion pictures as entertainment that spurred attempts at stereographic innovation. This continued to present itself as the ultimate form of crowning realism for the moving image.
