This chapter discusses the changing political situation on the Korean peninsula. It establishes that the situation is amenable to Bayesian game analysis and presents an analysis of Bayesian games played between North and South Korea, and North Korea and the United States. It also discusses the insights and substantive implications that these models provide, after presenting a solution to the equilibria of these games.
