My Life as a Mankiewicz

Tom Mankiewicz

University Press of Kentucky

Mankiewicz retires from show business and enjoys people from all walks of life. He buys racehorses, becomes involved with the LA Zoo, enjoys hanging with the regulars at the Palm West Hollywood. He is free. No more suits. He only has to answer to himself. He watches many films but remarks that there are less and less brilliant ones and more and more like The Transformers.
