Political maps were created in 1964 and 1965 and the work that began on Beat organizing continued in 1966. The MFDP assembled six district candidates for the Democratic Primary in 1966: Ed King, Clinton Collier, Lawrence Guyot, Clifton Whitley, Ralthus Hayes and Dock Drummond. Districts were changed in Mississippi to thwart the black vote and the Lorenzis and local FDP leaders conducted election workshops. Burrell Tate is interviewed.
