This chapter discusses Anna Lehr’s early retirement from motion pictures, the background of her new flame Arthur Pearson, and the family’s relocation to Los Angeles from New York. Also covered is Dvorak’s adolescent years at the Page School for Girls in the Highland Park neighborhood of L.A.
